**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for the first and last impressions of every patient and team member that is a part of Best St Dental.

You understand the vital role relationships play in helping people reach their goals, so at every opportunity you'll strive to authentically connect with patients and team members of our practice.

Working with the Front Desk team, you'll happily help maintain a clean environment for the health professional team and community members.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- 2+ years of exceptional customer service experience, where exceeding people’s expectations is normal (the customer is not a number...being on the frontline is more than transactions, it's being that person who creates moments that lights up someone's day).
- An obsession with details, remembering people’s names, and making everyone feel like somebody - you love keeping the environment clean, crisp and in order.
- Exceptionally resourceful - if you don't have the answer you go out and find it.
- An uncanny ability to read people and have the capacity to respond in the best and most relevant way to serve them.
- Resilient and have a growth mindset.
- Loves variety. You will be using all kinds of systems, apps and technologies.
- You pride yourself on self-accountability and achieving goals.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
