**The Role**

As Australia’s leading lighting retailer and trade supplier, this is a rare opportunity to join our highly successful Marketing team.

Our trade business is more integral now than ever before to the long-term vision of success for Beacon Lighting. This role will play a key part in achieving this success working with all our key internal and external stakeholders for Trade.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Marketing Executive - Trade to work in our in-house marketing department. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will plan, coordinate and execute innovative strategies and activities to achieve traffic, sales and growth targets of the trade category.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Executing, planning and developing marketing campaigns to drive the results of the trade category within the Beacon Lighting store network
- Ensuring campaigns are delivered in line with the trade brand's vision, on time and on budget, and to drive traffic and sales
- Managing content and campaigns across a variety of media including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Radio for trade
- Evaluating and analysing the marketing activity
- Establishing strong external partnership with social influencers, media, web agencies and our Trade members
- Coordinate local Trade events and manage Trade membership reporting

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities:

- A tertiary qualification in Marketing
- Demonstrated experience working with teams of people
- Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in Excel
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of best practice media and marketing principles
- Good knowledge of various channels of marketing; including digital, social media, traditional media and sponsorships
