We are looking for Senior Technical ITSM specialists to join our growing team of consultants engaged across a variety of Federal Government implementation Projects in Canberra.

In this role you will be tasked with providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers’ needs across our portfolio of Federal Government Clients.
You are required to have a solid understanding of our customers businesses and to act (sometimes onsite) as a trusted advisor to help create and maintain effective customer relationships in order to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
