We are looking for Senior Technical ITSM specialists to join our growing team of consultants engaged across a variety of Federal Government implementation Projects in Canberra.

In this role you will be tasked with providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers' needs across our portfolio of Federal Government Clients.

You are required to have a solid understanding of our customers businesses and to act (sometimes onsite) as a trusted advisor to help create and maintain effective customer relationships in order to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

We are looking for experienced technical delivery consultants with extensive experience managing Enterprise ITSM tools deployed across Windows and Linux Environments with a strong experience of ITIL process, knowledge of containerisation technologies (Kubernetes certification an advantage), an understanding of secure communication and experience with application programming languages such as Java Script, Python, PowerShell and SQL Java.
