
Disability Support Worker

Complete Care Team aims to provide a holistic, wellness focused model of attendant care for people with various support needs. We focus on all aspects of our client's needs, including the physical, emotional, spiritual and social to promote wellness. Our highly respected company was established in 1999 to provide quality home based, person-centred services that emphasise client autonomy in decision making and planning process to help identify and achieve their goals.
The daily duties will differ depending on the specific needs of the client.
Duties may include however are not limited to:
- Domestic duties; cleaning and meal preparation
- Personal care; assist with showering, toileting and personal hygiene
- Clinical care; wound care, bowel care, etc.
- Manual handling; use of equipment to support mobility such as wheelchairs or hoist
Essential criteria:
- An understanding of spinal injury
- National Police Check, Working With Children Check and First Aid Certificate
- Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Check
- Working rights in Australia
- Up to date Covid vaccination, including at least one booster
- Current drivers license and willingness to drive including having a registered and insured vehicle
Preferred but not essential:
- Industry experience will be highly regarded
- Ability and willingness to work a split shift roster
