Renowned for our exceptional client service, we are seeking a proactive Client Care Coordinator to join our amazing Ferntree Gully team in our brand-new clinic.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Exemplary Leadership**: Drive lead generation by engaging potential clients and inspiring your team to excel in client interactions.
- **Team Empowerment**: Mentor and lead your team to boost lead generation, deliver outstanding client service, and achieve operational targets.
- **Client Advocacy**: Assist the Clinician by scheduling appointments and ensuring personalized attention for all potential clients.
- **Operational Excellence**: Supervise daily store operations to uphold a seamless client experience.
- **Sales Expertise**: Aim to surpass daily and monthly operational goals, turning client engagements into success stories.
- **Technological Proficiency**: Effectively navigate our systems using fundamental computer skills.
- **Problem solving**:Ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot clients needs.
- **Working with the elderly**:Working with the elderly requires unique skills and compassion, focusing on their physical and emotional needs while respecting their dignity. Key elements include effective communication, patience, and empathy. Building trust fosters a supportive environment where elderly individuals feel valued, heard and empowered.
**Requirements**:

- **Sales Acumen**: Previous experience in meeting and exceeding operational targets is beneficial.
- **Client-Centric**: Display a genuine interest in engaging with clients face-to-face to build lasting connections.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work flexible operational hours on a rotational basis to provide essential client support.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Basic computer literacy to adapt to our modern systems.
- **Willingness To Travel**: This role requires you travel to home visits and site visits, within the local area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
