Our client is a large leading innovative property development organisation, with offices through out Australia. They are going through a period of significant growth.

They are currently sourcing an experienced lawyer to cover a 10 month parental leave contact. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high performing legal team, across the commercial, corporate and construction space.

Key responsibilities will be:

- Decision making / advice on corporate structuring (ancillary support to capital partnership transactions),
- Support with ESG advice and reviews across the business,
- Support Group Functions (particularly investor relations, finance, stakeholder engagement, treasury, tax and risk/compliance),
- Ideally knowing the ins and outs of a listed company, corporate governance experience is desirable
- Working closely with stakeholders in tax, finance, treasury, investor relations, and stakeholder engagement.

**10+ years**
**PAE** across commercial and corporate law, some exposure to construction law would be a bonus.

Our client is looking for a well-rounded employee who is a team player, has excellent communication skills and is pro-active and commercial.
