Our client is involved in the public and private sector delivering projects up to $100m. Their portfolio includes industrial, education, hospitals, aged care and retirement, retail, hospitality, defence, and transport infrastructure.

They work along the East Coast of NSW from Newcastle to Port Macquarie and are now looking for a HSE advisor.

To be considered for this role you will be an HSE professional who has:
**Skills & Experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in Workplace/ Occupational Health and Safety
- Experience as an H&S Advisor in Construction
- Worked in this role for a Tier 1 or 2 business
- Excellent all-round knowledge and understanding of H&S related standards, legislation and industry best practice
- Be willing to travel between projects and work away when required

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Visiting sites on a daily/weekly basis
- Carrying out inductions when required
- Site assessments and reporting of incidents
- Reporting on Audits
- Carrying out site safety checks
- Liaising with Council Authorities
- Attending on-site meetings
- Addressing any safety issues
- Safety, Health, Environment and Quality
