
Cxc Inside Sales Team Leader

**Your Impact**
Based in our Southbank office and reporting to the **Sales & Operations Manager CXC, **you will be responsible for the leadership and operations of the Inside Sales Team. You will engage and motivate your team ensure the success and delivery of agreed monthly & quarterly campaigns, Sales KPIs and achievement of our commercial targets aligned to the relevant business units. This role is accountable for the processes, reporting, governance, recruitment, management, coaching and development of the Inside Sales team and works with the business on building their capability.
**Other key responsibilities include**:
- Support, govern and enable the strategy and direction from Asahi Group’s Commercial Plan coming through Cycle Planning
- Lead and develop the Inside Sales Team through coaching, feedback & capability sessions to enable the delivery of key KPI’s
- Develop and Implement Processes for the Inside Sales team that will enable them to spend time on phones selling & executing the plan
- Continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, systems and reporting to deliver activation & execution in field
- Play a leadership role in the development and execution of the total CXC game plan
**About You**
You are a results driven leader who thrives on motivating your team, hitting targets and driving growth. You will be able to think strategically, creatively and problem solve to give input into the build of Inside Sales strategy, work cross functionally with all business units in the Asahi Group and understand broader business transformation priorities to translate into a sales plan.
**Additionally you will have**:
- Market and product knowledge and the necessary experience and skills to understand how to assist customer and category growth across significant and varied markets
- Technical systems, process and data analytical skills
- Experience within a high performing sales team in a similar environment will be highly advantageous
