
Principal Information Analyst, Workforce Analytics

**About the Role**:
- Ensure data accuracy and currency: Develop and implement measures to control data quality, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information for analysis and reporting.
- Stay updated with HRIT trends: Stay abreast of the latest HRIT trends, best practices, and technologies, and provide recommendations on how to incorporate them into the Department's People Branch strategies, ensuring future-proof systems and processes.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of Workforce Analytics & Reporting demonstrations and workshops for employees and managers, to build data competency.
- Visualise workforce metrics: Develop and maintain dashboards and visualisations to effectively communicate workforce metrics and trends to senior management and school-based workforces, with the ability to develop and articulate the information clearly.
- Align HR initiatives with Departmental goals: Collaborate with other departments to align HR initiatives with the overall goals and objectives of the Department, ensuring synergy across different areas of the department.
