**How will I help?**

The primary role is to lead and manage the Health Insurance (HI) change program including identifying key use case requirements, impacts to current processes and people and to input these into the broader program requirements. You will provide leadership and coordination to teams delivering process, people and technical change throughout the lifecycle of the project and liaise closely with functional project managers and stakeholders to plan, prioritise and resource the program. This will require:

- Actively participate, challenge, and contribute to major decisions and strategic planning processes for the Program as a member of the senior leadership team
- Working with the program this role will ensure that key HI business needs and strategic intent forms part of the technical delivery planning.
- Deliveryfocused leader possessing strong organisational, presentation and communication skills. This role is responsible for the successful delivery of a large scale strategic change program and will be required to oversee and be accountable for multiple projects. These projects will be both complex and cross functional in nature and encompass both business and technical systems change.
- Strong stakeholder management, engagement and presentation skills, a focus on the customer, outstanding communication, expert program and project management knowledge, technical resource engagement and direction skills, and experience in delivering a cross functional project in a complex portfolio delivery environment.
- The ability to mentor, coach and lead Business Leads, Project Manager Associates, Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts seconded to the program, will also be required.

**What do I need?**
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Project Manager role, managing medium to large projects (circa $100M - $200M) with high levels of complexity, multiple dependencies and with up to 10 - 20+ indirect report
- Experience in leading change management projects
- Demonstrated experience in project status reporting, scheduling, dependency management and milestone tracking techniques, financial / budget management and risk management
- Proven track record negotiating successful outcomes with Sponsors, Project Managers and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes at a senior level
- Proven expertise in managing multiple stakeholders and technology teams
- Experience running RFPs/RFIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills & excellent report writing skills
- Experience in Agile project delivery (and knowing when and how to best use it)
- Expert knowledge using and interpreting Microsoft Project (or another scheduling tool) and agile delivery tools (e.g. Azure Dev Ops, Confluence) is essential.
