This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team at a very exciting time as we reimagine the way we deliver service to our customers. In your 3-year full-time maximum term position of **Program Manager **, you will drive the GRS (Maxxia and RemServ Operations) Future of Service transformation project.

The Future of Service transformation project is a three-year program that looks to deliver and enable an elite proactive self-service model that is more efficient and customer centric to our customers.

As the **Program Manager **you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project, including the design, scope, business case, budget management and build. You will also be responsible for establishing and managing key strategic stakeholders internally and externally to drive the implementation and integration. As an experienced delivery professional with a proven record in both technical and soft aspects of project delivery, you know where you need to lean in, how to influence key stakeholders, navigate governance processes and manage vendors to get the right outcome.

Key responsibilities/objectives:

- Lead and direct a large transformational program to ensure delivery within the time, cost, risk and quality parameter of the program’s objectives, within the MMSG project governance framework. Take ownership and accountability for the program through to completion.
- Build relationships and work in close partnership with key stakeholders, including consultants, program & project teams, to negotiate, support and inform on changes impacting on business processes.
- Manage the team - plan, schedule, implement, monitor, and report on activities related to the program to ensure that the Future of Service, contributes to the overall achievement of the GRS objectives.
- Make key decisions and prioritise work to align the transformation program with the strategy. Demonstrate progress against the business case, strategic goals, financial metrics and key program milestones.
- Establishing program governance, identifying, allocating and managing resources.
- Accountable for establishing and delivering business benefits against business cases.
- Manage and report on project costs, including expenditure and expected future cost outlay to realise benefits.
- Developing and implement the strategy for the program team, including developing a strong risk mitigation plan.
- Create an awareness of Future of Service progress and delivery through a strong communication strategy and change management.

You will bring:

- Experience in leading large scale transformational programs, spanning at least 2 years in duration, and associated teams (which would include external & internal delivery partners)
- Proven knowledge and expertise in project management and associated methodologies, including both waterfall and agile
- Corporate, digital and technology expertise and capability essential, including cloud-based technologies and associated DevOps capability
- Demonstrated ability to present and communicate complex transformational updates to all levels within an organisation
- Financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities are essential
- Experience that spans the fundamentals of cyber security within a project environment
- Organisational change management experience in a transformation environment
- Can operate at both the operational and strategic level, as needed
- Experience with Microsoft technologies is desirable
