**About the position**:
We are seeking to appoint a passionate and experienced Risk and Compliance Officer to work collaboratively with all areas of the Scots College community to ensure all risk and compliance related activities are well communicated and well supported.

This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start date (negotiable).

**Essential to this role**:

- Significant experience in a risk advisor or risk management role
- Experience in rolling out governance, compliance and risk systems including associated software
- Relational person with an ability to work with and influence a broad range of stakeholders
- Ability to see the big picture and get into the detail
- Excellent change management and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Professional and personal integrity
