**About the Role**
UniSuper is going through an exciting time of exceptional growth and transformation, and we are growing as a fund. For this reason, we now have an opportunity for you to join our Operations team as a Member Management Consultant.

In this role you will ensure that all member and employer-initiated requests are completed with quality and in a timely manner to ensure records are updated and accurate. You will also be responsible for, however not limited to:

- Responding to telephone, written and electronic enquiries from members and employers, service providers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure that all member initiated requests are completed with quality and in a timely manner to ensure records are updated and accurate
- Make outbound calls to members in order to complete requests in the most efficient manner
- Identify and make recommendations to improve and streamline processes

**About you**
A customer centric individual with strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, you always aim to provide the highest level of customer service. You are able to comply with industry legislation and regulations as well as being:

- Experienced in the Superannuation or Financial Services industry
- Highly organised and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Proactive and eager to learn with the ability to learn new systems and processes
