**About 9D Care**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with disabilities to develop and implement effective Behavior Support Plans.
- Provide guidance and support to clients, their families, and support workers in the implementation of Behavior Support Plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and continuous improvement of support services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with NDIS standards.
- Stay informed about current best practices and research in the field of behavior support.
- Provide training, support and clinical supervision of Behaviour Support Practitioners/Behaviour Therapists
- Use behavioural, psychological and evidence-based theories to develop and implement program designs and interventions
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with all key stakeholders
- Supervise and lead the Support Coordination team, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members.
- Oversee caseload management, ensuring that individual needs are met and support plans are effectively implemented.

**Essential**:

- Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualifications related to Positive Behaviour Support e.g. Psychology or relevant field.
- Registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- Previous experience in behavior support planning and implementation.
- Demonstrated and practical time management skills including the ability to manage multiple competing priorities set in a fast-paced environment
- High level of oral and written communication skills including the demonstrated ability to prepare and finalise technical reports
- Compliance checks including the NDIS Workers Screening Check, NDIS Self-Assessment, NDIS Practitioner ID, National Criminal History Check and any relevant State-issued WWCC/WWVP cards
- COVID19 Vaccination Digital Certificate, inclusive of mandated booster vaccinations as directed by State Government and NDIS mandates
- Valid Driver Licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
