We’re excited to partner with a leading Australian healthcare organisation to find a marketing generalist to take their marketing and engagement to the next level

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this role is all about driving business through marketing actions and targeted communication, both internal and external. You’ll be engaging with the community, GPs and other stakeholders in the organisation’s orbit.

Your role will work across the marketing function including administration and you’ll be responsible for hands-on marketing efforts including organising events - consider yourself a jack of all trades in the space With an incredible community around you, you’ll develop your skills, make this role your own and see the results first-hand.

Working independently, your key responsibilities will be:

- develop, plan and execute marketing campaigns across advertising, social media marketing, direct marketing, public relations, events and more
- content creation, development and publication across various channels
- manage digital assets including social media channels, website and CRM

**About you**:
You’re a highly capable marketing generalist looking for a role where you can truly make a difference in your community.

You’re organised, a fantastic communicator and passionate about what you do You’re self-motivated and self-sufficient, you don’t need your hand held - but you know how to be a team player.

We’d love you to bring:

- tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field
- around 3 years' experience in a marketing, communications or digital role
- strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- strong problem solving skills
- previous experience with creating content for social media channels
- excellent analytical and project management skills.

Bonus points if you have:

- experience/knowledge or an interest in the healthcare industry
