Port Melbourne, Australia Colonial Brewing Co Full time

We are an independent craft brewery located just out of the CBD. We currently trade, 12pm-11pm on Friday and Saturdays and from 12pm-7pm on Thursdays and Sundays.

We are a 150pax venue that is a locals favourite but you will also be kept interested with lots of fun events running throughout the year and sometimes helping out at offsite activations.

Applicants with prior bar and floor experience preferred but as long as your eager to learn how to pour the perfect beer, change a keg and shake some tins or run some food don't hesitate to apply.

There is also on street parking available outside the venue and lots of free delicious beers and cider to be had with the team after a shift.
