The opportunity

Delaware North Australia is seeking part-time Bar Attendants to join our team at Tap House and Stomping Ground Brewery at Melbourne Airport. From mixing drinks and pouring beers to crafting coffees, serving meals, and creating memorable guest experiences, you'll enjoy a dynamic role full of variety and energy. If you're passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this role offers the perfect blend of bar and food service.

**Must be flexible as we have various shifts available

What will you do?

  • Deliver engaging and professional bar and table service
  • Ensure a positive dining experience for guests, sharing expert knowledge on daily menu offerings, craft beer selections and smooth customer service
  • Prepare and serve quality coffees and beverages
  • Assist with the setup and pack-down of the bar and restaurant areas
  • Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements

More about you

  • Previous food and beverage experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety Certificate
  • Bartender skills with beer, wine and cocktail knowledge is highly desirable
  • Barista skills or coffee-making experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to work flexible shifts on a 7-day rotating roster
