Brewery Bartenders

CBCO Brewing is on the look out for a hospitality all rounder to join our team working in our Port Melbourne taproom.

Located in Port Melbourne but born in Margaret River, CBco have been brewing beer since 2004. Every single brew is made with care, attention and a passion for making great beer by people who’ve devoted their life to it. We are an Australian Owned and Independent Brewery that is constantly growing with an amazing team front and back of house that is looking for that last missing piece.

The Taproom serves locals 5 days a week Thursday
- Sunday, currently dishing up Burgers, Pizzas and a range of American sides to pair with our beers. Inside seats approximately 80pax with an additional 100 seats available outside.

We are currently seeking a staff member to help out with 1-2 shifts over the weekend trade with shifts ranging from Friday night through to Sunday.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of beer, wine and cocktails
- Able to work under pressure while maintaining a consistently high-quality standard
- Available for immediate start
- Weekend availability
