Do you have a passion for animals, a strong work ethic and looking for flexibility? This could be the perfect role for you In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day care of cats, dogs, and occasional livestock, ensuring their wellbeing through exercise and enrichment. You will also maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the facility, assist with veterinary care, and manage administrative tasks such as maintaining internal databases and records.

**About the Role**

In this position you will provide daily care and exercise for the animals as well as maintaining cleanliness and safety of animal housing areas, equipment, and the facility. This position also involves exceptional customer service, helping reunite animals with their owners, and supporting the adoption program. You will liaise with rescue groups and internal teams to ensure the best outcomes for the animals in our care. Compliance with the Code of Practice for the Operation of Shelters and Pounds is essential in this role

You will be passionate about animal care, detail-oriented, and committed to providing high standards of service. Experience in animal care or a similar environment is preferred.
