Due to rapid growth and expansion we have an exciting opportunity for an Events Assistant to join our Events Team. Within the role you will have the opportunity to start your career within the Events Industry & learn from the team building one of Australia's most recognised online brands. Meet The Team: CLICK HERE **Key Responsibilities** - Work with the Events Team on internal and external global events. - Assisting the Events team with creative concepts for new events. - Daily upkeep of Google sheets & documents used by the team to manage event budgets & development of concepts. - Assist with events in the lead up and on the day of, including problem-solving, event set-up, communicating with staff, and organising vendors. - Research venues and vendors for future upcoming events. - Liaising with Marketing, PR and Creative departments to organise key elements. **Requirements**: - A can-do and will do anything to get the job done attitude. - Extremely organised and able to work with deadlines. - Great attention to detail. - Has the ability to work under pressure. - Flexibility to work outside "standard" hours. - Domestic and overseas travel outside business hours may be required. **Benefits** - Stunning brand new offices with an onsite gym - Monthly clothing allowance + ongoing clothing discounts - Fun events throughout the year & amazing work culture - Career progression within Events Team
