Due to rapid growth and expansion we have an exciting opportunity for a PR & Influencer Assistant to join our PR & Influencer team working across our Influencer marketing initiatives globally. Within the role you will have the opportunity to start your career within the marketing industry & learn from the team building one of Australia's most recognised online brands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actioning new and existing PR orders through our internal influencer platform and warehouse inventory system
- Allocating inventory into our internal system
- Reviewing high stock reports with the team to organise influencer collections
- Keeping all influencer collections up to date
- Assisting the team with the curation and allocation of special PR box initiatives
- Daily upkeep of Google sheets used by the team
- Assisting with keeping the White Fox AUS Showroom up to date
- Communicating with the PR despatch team to ensure PR orders are actioned as per our deadlines
- Actively prospecting influencers across Instagram, YouTube and Tik Tok for gifted collaborations as per the teams goals
- Updating influencer content into relevant folders for creative use
- Assisting the Event team with any inventory needed for activations
- Assisting the PR team with creative concepts for upcoming PR initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Have a strong desire to develop their PR skill set
- Have an understanding of the meaning behind influencer marketing and PR
- Have an understanding of White Fox’s branding and what constitutes GOOD content
- Ability to work quickly and follow processes
- Extremely organised and able to work with deadlines
- Great attention to detail
- A can-do and will do anything to get the job done attitude
- Proactive and confident nature
- Impeccable written and verbal communication
- Impeccable interpersonal skills and ability to build meaningful relationships
- Has the ability to work under pressure
- Work well in a rapidly changing and fast moving environment
- Works well with a team, while also having the ability to work autonomously
