Melbourne, Australia Park Regis Griffin Suites Full time

Park Regis Griffin Suites Hotel located on St Kilda Rd Melbourne is looking for a Casual/Part Time Guest Service Agent to join our hotel reception team.

The hotel is a 4-star hotel with coffee shop, restaurant, accommodation and conference meeting rooms.

The hotel is part of StayWell Holdings Group and parent company Prince Seibu in Japan with hotels and resorts located across Australia, India, Indonesia, UK, Singapore, Middle East, Thailand, Hawaii and Japan.
- Prior experience in a hotel / resort reception environment.
- Exposure to RMS is desirable and full training will also be provided.
- Guest Service experience
- Front desk experience in a hotel environment in terms of guest check-ins, departures, processing guest payments.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task within the reception role.
- Shift balancing and banking.
- Good telephone skills.
- Be Reliable and motivated
- Maximize revenue through upselling and promoting the hotels rewards program.
- A great smile and ability to work as part of a small dedicated team

You should have good availability to work, within reason across 7 days. Reception opens from 7am daily and closes 7-9pm in the evening so there is no late night or overnight shifts.

This position offers remuneration per the award, uniform, staff discounts and the ability to secure a fulltime position or use it as a stepping stone to your career in hotels.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15-21 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
