NOPSEMA is seeking experienced marine environmental management specialists across a range of disciplines to join our growing team of professionals within the Environment, Renewables and Decommissioning Division.

Successfully navigating the energy transition is one of the biggest challenges currently facing Australia. As the National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority and Australia’s Offshore Infrastructure Regulator, our purpose is to assure the protection of the offshore workforce and the environment. As an Environment Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to ensure that the offshore energy industry operates in an environmentally responsible manner.

**About the roles**

You will join a Perth based collaborative team of dedicated professionals who share your commitment to protecting the marine environment. In this role you will be making a real difference by helping to ensure that environmental impacts and risks from offshore energy activities are effectively managed. These roles will support and lead reviews of environmental assessment and management proposals, will visit business premises and offshore locations to monitor the implementation of important environmental management measures, and take action where compliance issues are identified.
