**Le Méridien Melbourne** is seeking a skilled **Food and Beverage Attendant **to join our team on a **Part-Time **basis

**Position Summary**:

- Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
- Engage and serve our chic explorers throughout the complete food and beverage experience
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Support and collaborate with and Beverage team in general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings

**About You**:

- An up-to-date RSA
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
- Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
- Flexible availability and available to work evening and nights
- Restaurant experience is preferred
- Bar experience is a bonus
