**The Role**
We are offering a rare opportunity to manage areas of research and evaluation that contribute to Defence wellbeing and capability.
This is an opportunity to use innovative approaches to solve challenging research and evaluation questions, to meet some people doing amazing jobs around Australia and overseas, and generate an evidence base for tracking cultural and behaviour change.
**About our Team**
We are a small team who support the development and delivery of education products aimed at reducing harm from sexual misconduct. We also work in support of mental health professionals providing support and advice to people impacted by sexual misconduct.
Our colleagues are research, education, communications, business intelligence and mental health specialists who work collaboratively to achieve results for Defence.
We are looking for an experienced social science researcher to design, deliver, and manage applied qualitative projects, quantitative data analysis, and evaluation projects.
Success in the role will come from project management skills, creative and applied research design experience, use of program logic and other evaluation approaches, and an influential communication style.
