This opportunity would suit someone with a mechanical or agricultural background or passion for either agriculture or mechanics, with the ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

**Details**
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, proactively understanding customer needs, and resolving customer queries to ensure satisfaction.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have a mechanical mindset and/or parts background with the ability to communicate with a large customer base regarding various queries and enquiries. You will also require strong computer skills and systems management experience to ensure the CRM system is regularly updated. Our ideal applicant is a team player and problem solver who has excellent customer service and personal skills.
