About the Role
- Utilise high level project management skills, quality improvement methodologies and change management to support system multidisciplinary system improvement.
- Establishing and maintaining robust communication strategies with clinical and executive stakeholders on site, local multidisciplinary teams, university partners, Healthcare improvement unit
- Assisting with recruiting, training and providing clinical practice supervision of assistant staff in collaboration with the expert facilitation team and operational line manager.
