This important role within the organisation will support the Learning and Development team in delivering and facilitating training and assessments of staff. This training may include orientation, clinical skills assessments, manual handling and other requirements that are identified which will ensure adherence to the quality standards and capability development of staff within he NDIS space. You will constantly be assessing and reporting back to the Learning & Development Lead on course delivery, outcomes and possible areas for improvement. This role also requires a level of administration and IT expertise to work within the L&D calendar and facilitate the training requirements. You will also participate in working within the Learning Management System at Spinal Life Australia.

**Training Facilitation**:

- Ensure training and assessment is delivered in accordance with the policies, procedures and current best practice.
- Facilitate effective learning processes as directed to address the special needs of participants.
- Assist in the development and update of training packages.
- Contribute to the growth of training opportunities for the organisation.
- Ability to travel within Queensland and to Western Australia as required.

**Who we are looking for**:
As a Clinical Facilitator within Spinal Life Australia, you will have:

- Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, or related clinical profession;
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the provision of body systems support;
- Experience in Training and Assessment of clinical-based training packages;
- Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills;
- Strong customer experience and relationship skills;
- A current unencumbered “C” class driver’s licence.
