We currently have an opportunity for a Seconded Product Manager in the Enterprise Platforms Domain to drive NEF (NAB Engineering Foundation) 2.0 program of work. The role will lead into Product Ownership of centralising CI/CD pipelines onto Azure/Amazon Container Platforms and supporting adoption across the enterprise generating significant benefits for the organisation in alignment to technology strategy.

**The role**
- Maintain the product vision, roadmap and communicate effectively with the stakeholders including conducting showcases to demonstrate progress with benefits.
- Responsible for determining and prioritising scope from epics, features, user stories and dependencies in collaboration with the squads that aligns with business requirements.
- Make day to day decisions to enable development team to move quickly through product iterations.
- Ensure the Delivery and Development teams understand the value of each user story that is being delivered at the right time.
- Own and manage team backlog and prioritise tasks in line with roadmap.
- Involved in the roadmap planning, release planning, execution, review of each sprint, realising impact, value and focus on the right priorities.
- Work collaboratively with Release Train Engineers, Engineering Managers and the squad to deliver backlog.
- Communicate release slices with key stakeholders.
- Attend all relevant ceremonies.
**What you will bring**
- Creativity and simplifying complex processes and issues, problem solving and process analysis.
- Strategic mindset, customer focus, resilience and ability to influence. Shaping and delivering experience across multiple domains. with technical understanding complex environments and building on and reviewing lessons learned.
- Ability to communicate a product vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into a shaped backlog of key features, user stories and goals for individual sprints.
- Comfortable playing a leadership role, including leading workshops, in a co-located cross functional business and IT team through the discovery, development and operational usage stages of product development.
- Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content.
- Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships whilst sometimes saying no.
- Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making.
- Previous experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
- Experience across Agile and adaptive delivery models and mindsets.
- Track record of strong experience operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business.
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills and experience, both directly and indirectly.
- A heightened level of technical experience with respect to CI/CD would be beneficial.
