**About the Premier Banking team**
Our Premier Banking customers hold over $850k in total footings with NAB, and as such, equate to 1% of all Personal Banking customers, contributing to around 17x revenue for the Personal Bank business. These customers are highly regarded by the business, and it is therefore imperative we deliver a seamless, signature experience to them in each and every interaction.
Your role as Premier Banker Manager will give you the opportunity to influence the future of this division. In the role of Manager Premier Relationships you are our home lending Manager of a Team in Metro Perth.
Day to day you will:
- Use superior relationship and coaching skills to achieve business goals through the leadership of people and other key stakeholders including the development of quality internal and external networks.
- Ensure consistent and professional leadership and deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating actions and behaviours consistent with NAB Corporate Principles and Compliance Standards
- Accountable for the effective deployment of resources within their appointed area including career/succession planning, staff leave management & recruitment/selection activities.
- Identify LAM opportunities and implement action plans to ensure the overall growth of the business
- Influence a team to work at the peak of their performance standards, bringing in prospects, sales and referrals and to create a superior customer experience
- Actively represent the company with accountability for enhancing NAB profile and reputation within target markets and the community
- Manage operational & legislative risk effectively and have a genuine focus on continuous improvement and executional excellence
- Understand key business drivers in order to lead and accelerate revenue growth, business profitability and product penetration

- Proven experience in successfully leading a team operating in a franchise-like environment, or possesses the capability to quickly adapt to leading a team to operate successfully in such an environment - Manage the commercial viability of the appointed area e.g. understanding of profit and loss drivers, analysing a balance sheet, etc
- Consistently high levels of individual performance and the ability to know how to get that performance from a diverse team.
- 8+ years experience in retail/commercial banking and/or credit assessment & management, with a proven track record in sales and a passion for customer service
- Tertiary qualification in a business related discipline preferred
- Relevant compliance and sales/service leadership training including lending accreditation
