We’re seeking an empathic **Relationship Manager** **to lead our efforts in Perth's southern suburbs, ensuring our residential aged care homes not only meet but exceed occupancy and financial targets.

With your exceptional communication skills, analytical mind, and heart for service, you have the opportunity to shape the future of aged care in WA.
- As **Relationship Manager**, you will
- ** strategise for success **by implementing innovative strategies that align with our core values, driving occupancy rates and financial performance;
- ** build lasting relationships** by connecting deeply with potential residents, families, and community stakeholders, guiding them with empathy and expertise;
- ** analyse to innovate **using market insights to navigate trends and opportunities, tailoring our approach to meet consumer needs;
- **engage with heart** by being our ambassador at community events, showcasing our commitment to enhancing the lives of our residents and their families; and
- **listen and lead** by leveraging feedback to elevate resident satisfaction, ensuring their voices lead our continuous improvement.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record in relationship management or sales, ideally in the aged care or healthcare sector. Your ability to engage, analyse, and adapt will be key to our shared success. This is more than a position.
