In this temporary, 12 month position based at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria, you will join a high performing Sales team and be responsible for managing and coordinating Mercedes-Benz National Fleet operations and administration.

By joining our market leading organization in the automotive sector, you will have access to discounted car leasing programs, state-of-the-art design, on-site parking, exciting on the job learning, mentoring and many more.

Key duties & responsibilities:

- Fleet Administration: Process registration renewals, managing insurance claims, assist staff queries, and support fleet administration improvements.
- Interstate Vehicle Management: Coordinate and process interstate vehicle changeovers, book transport for auctions, and manage new demonstrator vehicles.
- Purchase Orders & Invoices: Handle purchase orders, invoices, and fleet warehouse duties; manage grounding and acceptance paperwork.
- Account Management: Oversee Linkt, ChargeFox, Viva Energy accounts, process tolls and infringements, and manage fuel cards.
- QualifikationenWhat you will need to be successful:

- Experience in Motor Vehicle Industry & Fleet Management
- Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (mainly Excel & Word)
- Sound communication skills both written and verbal
- Good collaborative skills with the ability to co-operate with employees at all levels
