We are looking for a **Reservations Manager** to join the Mondrian team.

As the Reservation Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our reservation’s operation, responsible for ensuring a seamless booking experience for our guests. Your role will involve leading a team and overseeing the reservation process, managing booking systems, and collaborating closely with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Main duties will include:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the reservations team to achieve excellence in service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure guest expectations are exceeded by facilitating seamless communication and coordination of guest needs and preferences.
- Create operational procedures and systems in order to build a successful reservations team.
- Handle complex reservation arrangements and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
- Maximise revenue through strategic inventory management across both FIT and Group business.
- Support Revenue Management as required.

**Qualifications** Experience and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a reservations or front office management role within a luxury hotel or similar environment.
- Proficiency in reservation software and property management systems including but not limited to Opera Cloud, Ideas and experience with ACCOR distribution systems highly regarded.
- Demonstrated passion for luxury service and guest satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Luxury hotel pre-opening experience highly desirable.
- Full Australian working rights are essential.
