Is a highly regarded and well-established International Logistics company with an incredibly long term, loyal and diverse range of clients. They manage all aspects of Supply Chain, Transport, Warehousing and Customs/Compliance.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Supervising a team of staff within the Customs business unit
- Maintain a smooth and efficient environment relating to all customs activity to ensure client satisfaction and expectations are met at all times.
- Maintaining excellent service to internal and external stakeholders - including DAFF & ABF.
- Provide guidance to the Customs Brokers, Classifiers and Compilers as required.
- To continue to maintain your operational knowledge at optimum levels including lodging and classing if and when required.
- Assisting in Customs and quarantine clearance and delivery to customers as required.
- Ensuring Customs maintain profitability and meet KPI's.
