**The Opportunity**:
We currently have an opportunity available for a Team Assistant to join our Perth office on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to expand your current administrative skillset or if you are looking to move into an entry level administrative based role.
As a Team Assistant with Ashurst, you'll be responsible for providing general administrative assistance such as:
- creating and amending documents
- arranging meetings, conferences or video calls
- data entry for record keeping and updating client databases
- processing and submitting expense claims and other administrative tasks
- assisting Practice Executives with creating, amending and finalising of client invoices and associated monthly client reporting
