**Position Overview**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages with precision and consistency.
- Interact with customers to understand their preferences, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive experience.
- Uphold the highest standards of coffee quality by consistently following brewing and preparation guidelines.
- Work closely with the team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and product knowledge to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Specialty Barista in a high-volume setting.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
