**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for an ambitious, experienced and enthusiastic individual to take the next step in their career and be part of our team as our Recruitment Marketing Future Team Leader.

As our Future Team Leader, you will serve as the second-in-command, leading from the front and inspiring growth for our entire team. Moreover, you will work closely with our Sales, Employer Branding and Talent Engagement teams to build strong client relationships and ensure successful recruitment campaigns. In this role, you will report to our talented Recruitment Marketing Team Leader, with a dotted line to our Senior Recruitment Marketing Team Leader.

In addition to your Recruitment Marketing responsibilities, your day-to-day will include the following:
