**What will you do in this (diverse) role?**
- manage, mentor and develop a super-motivated team
- work collaboratively with management and the wider business to ensure a symbiotic relationship and impeccable service

- efficiently use your time to manage your team and territory, ensuring consistent contact, support and guidance

- maintain and update a diverse and relevant customer database, remaining aware of key distributors, opinion leaders, rural retailers and end users.
