About the Role

We're looking for a National Sales Manager – Channel Sales to drive explosive growth across our national network.

This is not a steady-state role. It's a build, lead, and scale mission, leading the expansion of a national BDM team (growing to 8+), building strong partner relationships, and ensuring off-the-plan sales volumes grow 25%+ year on year. You'll also oversee the contracts function, ensuring deals move from signed to unconditional with speed and accuracy, and work closely with vendors to launch and sell out new residential projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Recruit, lead, and coach a national team of BDMs
  • Drive off-the-plan sales growth across multiple states
  • Manage and grow relationships with top 40 referral partners
  • Oversee the contracts team and drive high conversion to unconditional
  • Lead partner presentations, project launches, and roadshows
  • Build out sales systems, CRM processes, and partner engagement strategies
