**Your part in The Wesley Hospital team**
- Wesley Accommodation Services own and operate two motel and apartment facilities located within walking distance of the hospital; The Wesley Rotary Lodge and Lang Parade Lodge, located in Auchenflower.- The lodges consist of motel style rooms with shared kitchen. We provide breakfast, laundry facilities and Volunteer Liaison Officers, available to provide support to our clients and serve as a link with the Wesley Hospital.- We’re currently seeking Lodge Managers to provide relief for our full-time Accommodation Services Manager up to one week per month and more if required. Offered as a joint/shared arrangement, best suited to semi/retired couples, you will be provided with a twin or double room during your shifts.- As the Relief Lodge Managers, you will be responsible for the provision of quality motel style accommodation to patients, relations, and members of the public, as part of The Wesley Hospitals wider support services. Providing an exceptional level of customer service and empathy when interacting with guests and their loved ones who are often undergoing treatment or procedural services at The Wesley Hospital.- You will:
- Manage and operate the lodge on a 24-hour basis
- Create a warm and friendly home away from home atmosphere
- Provide high-quality, comfortable standard of accommodation and service
- Manage the provision of appropriate support and assistance to guests
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness of the lodge, rooms, grounds and gardens
- Create a family environment encouraging gusts participation in activities and functions
- Manage catering system, linen stock and operation of the booking system

- Good organisational and time management skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative approach to team work with others in accommodation services and engineering
- Previous experience in a similar management role, preferably in a similar lodging style arrangement, motor inn, or small accommodation venue
- Commitment to maintaining quality standards and continuous improvement
- Availability and flexibility to work a 24-hour roster, multiple days per month
