Our client is looking for a **Junior** **Legal Secretary** to work in this busy practice area.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls and assisting with client enquiries;
- Preparing documents;
- Diary management;
- Occasional Dictaphone typing;
- Billing;
- File management; and
- General administrative assistance.
**Who They Are Looking For |**
Our client is flexible and will consider either a law student provided that the commitment is for 18 months, or an experienced legal assistant.
Most important is the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, have good attention to detail and a dedication and loyalty to the team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the first step in their legal career or to progress an already established career.
