**The role**
As a Commercial Property Legal Secretary, you will be assisting a Principal and a Senior Associate mainly on commercial property matters and some planning & environment matters. Duties include some dictation, diary management, screening calls, on line searches, reformatting of documents, organising meetings, expense reconciliations, organising travel and accommodation, time sheet entry, preparation of documents, dealing with clients and general administration duties.
**You**
You will have a minimum of 2 years Legal Secretarial experience. Some property legal secretarial experience is also essential.
**The Law firm / Salary**
Boutique law firm that was established in 2006. 10 Staff. Have excellent technology and processes. It is a paperless office. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $70 - 80,000 including Superannuation).
