**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for a collaborative **Engagement and Communications Manager** to join our team, ideally you will be based in **Brisbane, Adelaide,** or **Perth**, and will develop and lead brand and communications initiatives across Blackwoods.

Specifically, you will monitor the delivery of the brand direction, recommend areas of improvement, drive growth and offer support across all internal and external communications. In your day-to-day you will work closely with the Category Team, Asset Teams, Blackwoods Sales, Blackwoods Supply Chain, and Blackwoods Customer Care. This role requires strong collaboration with internal and external customers/stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Build and maintain relationships through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor the delivery of the brand direction across several areas of the Blackwoods business
- Act as the established expert to develop solutions based on a commercial understanding of the business environment and objectives
- Always ensure the team deliver decisions based on our overarching drive to put the customer first
- Responsible for the creation and implementation of promotional campaigns to support Blackwoods

To be successful, you will have:

- Extensive experience in general marketing and B2B sales with a strong focus on brand management and communications
- Proven ability to collaborate with all areas of the business to implement sales campaigns
- Prior experience designing, leading, and implementing go to market models
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and sales experience required, combined with excellent influencing and coaching skills
- An understanding of the various communication mediums, and priorities of the audience being communicated to
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing communications or similar would be an advantage
