Escavox is looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to join their Customer Account Team. Proactively supporting customers is a critical role and can influence the reduction in food waste as well as improving grower profitability.
The Junior Customer Success Manager role is the first step on the career pathway to becoming a Senior Customer Account Manager working closely with others within our Customer Success Team and alongside our product developers, and the right person will be well supported to achieve this goal.
Full training will be provided in all aspects of the job, you just need to bring the right attitude
Core Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new customers and setting up their profiles, making sure customers have the best introduction experience
- Updating databases and CRM tools
- Proactively supporting customers on the Escavox Platform
- Reviewing customer data and reporting on trends and key issues
- Based on feedback, providing input into new product features, testing new features and new functionality
- Taking on your own customers, increasing in complexity as you work towards becoming an Senior Account Manager
- Owning the distribution of the quarterly newsletter
- Opportunities outside of the day-to-day include visiting customers on farm; being involved in projects with CSIRO, Industry and government bodies; attending industry events

- You are proactive, self-sufficient and enthusiastic; you enjoy varied work
- You are comfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment where everyone pitches in
- You have great attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You are confident in talking with customers as well as internal teams
- You have a professional, can-do attitude and an aptitude for problem-solving
- You have a passion for agriculture, food and reducing waste
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint would be useful
- Happy to undertake some domestic travel for customer visits
You must be Sydney-based and eligible to work in Australia. Our office is located in North Sydney, and we offer some flexibility to work from home. Salary from $50k + super.
