Role Overview
As the
Customer Success Manager
, you will be the primary liaison for all event sponsors across our flagship conferences, ensuring clear communication, smooth coordination, and flawless delivery of sponsorship commitments. You'll manage sponsor materials, oversee deliverables, and collaborate closely with internal teams to provide an outstanding sponsor experience from start to finish.

for an enthusiastic professional who is passionate about creativity, customer experience, and innovation. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, organisation, and time management skills, along with a genuine drive to deliver engaging and memorable event experiences.
You will play an active role onsite at all major conferences throughout the year, working alongside the Event Director and broader team to ensure every sponsor has a seamless and rewarding event experience, with expectations not just met, but consistently exceeded.
Beyond our large scale conferences, you will also take ownership of our exclusive private roundtable lunches and dinners across the region. As the key point of contact for clients, you'll manage every detail and personally attend a high number of these gatherings to guarantee flawless execution and delivery at the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Sponsor Management & Communication
- Act as the primary liaison for all event sponsors, managing relationships from initial agreement through to post-event follow-up.
- Ensure all sponsor deliverables are met, including branding, digital materials, speaking opportunities, and on site activations.
- Provide regular updates to sponsors, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding event logistics, deadlines, and expectations.
- Address and resolve any sponsor concerns or challenges efficiently.
Event Preparation & Execution
- Coordinate all sponsor materials, including signage, digital assets, promotional content, and branded collateral.
- Work closely with the Event Director to integrate sponsor commitments into the broader event plan.
- Oversee sponsor activations on site, ensuring smooth setup, execution, and engagement opportunities.
- Attend all major events, providing hands on support to sponsors and ensuring their experience is seamless.
- Conduct post event debriefs with sponsors and sales rep to gather feedback and strengthen long term partnerships.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
- Liaise with marketing, operations, and production teams to ensure all sponsor requirements are executed effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of sponsor agreements, deliverables, and post event reports.
- Provide regular updates to the sales team on each of their sponsors
- Assist in developing strategies to enhance sponsor engagement and retention for future events.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years
of experience in sponsorship management/ event management or customer success - Competency with EventsAir – our event management software
- Proven ability to manage multiple sponsors simultaneously, ensuring a high level of service and execution.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, with a bubbly personality
- Hands on experience in managing event logistics and sponsor activations.
- Willingness to travel regularly and attend all major events.
