The Central Project Management Office (CPMO) team at Binance plays a crucial role in driving the company's strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence. This team is responsible for setting targets, managing performance, and establishing governance frameworks to hold teams accountable for their results. Additionally, the CPMO oversees special and top-priority projects that are critical to the company's success. By working closely with all departments, the CPMO team ensures that Binance's projects are executed efficiently and effectively. **Responsibilities**:
- Governance & Performance Management:
Maintain an efficient management cadence for accountability and decision-making.
Collaborate with Finance and Analytics teams for P&L and KPI oversight.
Identify and communicate opportunities and risks to business leaders.
- Analytics, Insights and Reporting:
Work with Data Analytics teams to understand the business and generate strategic insights.
Develop action plans to drive growth in core and new business areas.
Create regular reports for senior management.
- Industry & Competition:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct competitive research.
Develop and drive competitive strategies.
- Org & Process Optimization:
Partner with internal stakeholders to improve organizational design.
Optimize internal processes to support growth.
- Special Projects:
Lead task forces and manage high-impact, high-priority projects.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in finance, strategy, consulting or similar analytical roles.
- Strong commercial and operational acumen as well as critical problem solving skills.
- Ability to build strong cross functional relationships - communications and engaging with internal stakeholders of various levels is key.
- Project and change management experience.
- Experience in and understanding of financial and blockchain trading business a plus.
- MBA, BA, or BS from top university.
