We are currently seeking Emergency Services Officer's for an industry leading Gold producer, on an 8:6 roster BIBO from Perth.

We are currently seeking **Emergency Services Officer's **for an industry leading Gold producer, on an 8:6 roster BIBO from Perth.

**About the role**:

- Conduct weekly training for the Emergency Response Team and organise accredited training for members
- Plan and execute mock emergency exercises
- Work with other departments to recruit and retain Emergency Response Team members
- Write Standard Operating Procedures for both the Emergency Services and Security departments
- Conduct weekly checks on ERT equipment ensuring equipment is operationally ready for any emergency
- Maintain patient confidentiality

**About You**:

- Cert III Emergency Response (essential)
- Cert IV Pre-Hospital Care or higher qualification (essential)
- Previous experience in a similar role (essential)
- INX experience (favourable)
- Strong communication skills and a track record of achieving results
- High commitment to safety
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive for excellence
- Results driven, responsible and accountable
- Ability to manage under pressure and adapt quicky to change
- Great problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
