**Role**
Work closely with our clients experienced Marketing Director who has been with the business for over a decade, you will be responsible for the company’s general marketing activities and help continue to develop brand awareness.

You will be joining a business at an extremely exciting time as they continue their expansion Australia-wide. This is a newly created position and you will have the opportunity to make a massive impact from day one As the Marketing Coordinator your primary responsibilities are varied but predominantly you will oversee the creative, digital, copy writing & social media output. Marketing channels include, website, EDM, trade & socials. Ideally you will have experience in content writing/copy writing, and most importantly have graphic design skills.

The role will evolve over time as you focus on building out their marketing team.

The position is based in their Richmond office/showroom and will allow working from home when settled in the role.

**Skills & Experience**
To be successful for this opportunity you must have the following:

- Able to draw on the brand’s aesthetic and values to create engaging content.
- Harbour an interest in the ever evolving digital landscape.
- Experienced in social media management across all platforms including content creation adhering to brand strategy, media scheduling, community building and engagement.
- Paid social advertising management experience, liaising with our clients strategy partners.
- Marketing calendar management, content ideation and creation experience.
- Website & content management.
- EDM campaigns creation experience.
- Ability to assist the production of photoshoots, events and showroom activations.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in retail Marketing.
- Be proficient in Adobe suite, especially Photoshop and photo editing.
- Have experience using Premiere pro or a video editing software.
- Knowledge of SEM, Google analytics and marketing reporting tools.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Retail Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
