**The Role**:
CDC NSW is looking for a dynamic, passionate, and self-motivated Service Delivery Manager to lead our team in the Blue Mountains. Reporting to the General Manager, Outer Operations, this role involves managing and overseeing Region 8 Outer Metro Bus Service, which includes Katoomba, Valley Heights, and Emu Heights. The goal is to ensure efficient, customer-focused services that meet the standards and requirements of our commercial contracts with Transport for NSW

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Operational Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Blue Mountains, including scheduling, dispatch, and route planning.
- ** Team Leadership**: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Operations Supervisors and support staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Stakeholdetr Management: Serve as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- ** Safety and Compliance**: Ensure all operations comply with relevant safety standards and regulatory requirements complete investigation and respond
- ** Fleet Management**: Monitor and manage the maintenance and utilisation of the fleet to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- ** Financial Oversight**: Develop and manage the operating budget, monitoring expenses and optimising resource allocation.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices to enhance service delivery an contribute to the organisation strategic plan.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation or logistics management, preferably within the bus industry.
- ** Leadership**: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team including performance management.
- ** Customer Focus**: Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ** Organisational Skills**: Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in transportation management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- ** Compliance Knowledge**: Thorough understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards within the transportation industry.
